I've been buying from Pet Shed for 5 years. I have never had a problem, I have spoken to Customer Service and they have been helpful and solved my concerns immediately. The products are exactly as advertised. However, when my vet wanted to give me a script for maintenance meds (and offered to sell me the meds from the vet's office) I declined. When he inquired how I intended to GET the meds, I told him...online. He poo pooed my response and informed me that "those people" ship counterfeit drugs. If I loved my dog, I'd buy those drugs from him or from a company in the US who would demand the script. He was quite interested in the PetShed name, wrote it down, and put the info in his pocket. I'm as certain as I can be that many of the "complaints" contained on this site come from "pissed off" vets, or veterinary drug sales reps.

I have been ordering from pet Shed for over 3 years for my 4 small Dogs. I have beeb useing there Nexgard Flea & Tick pills. I have never had a problem. It is so much cheaper buying it from them. The only way i could. Afford to keep all 4 dogs. I have never had a problem with fleas or ticks like i had with other products. I never had a problem with the order or shipment always received within. 10 days. I don't know why other people has had problem. Honestly i have never had a problem i order ever 3 months by PayPal. Web site says usually shipped in 6-10 business days. What they DO NOT say is this is not from the day you ordered, it is from the day they ship out from the company. If it takes them a week to ship out, then you wait 6-10 days from their date. And if there are any holidays, (outside the US which are different) these are also deducted. They DO NOT track any orders less than $500. so they can not tell you where it is or when you will ever receive. Is this a way to run a company??????

I placed an order and PayPal was charged. Pet Shed claims they did not receive an order. They told me PayPal needed to cancel the charge. PayPal told me they can't cancel a charge that a company has placed. The cancellation has to come from the company itself. I have tried reaching an account manager for 2 days. I have called at least 8 times and 6 of those call went unanswered. The other 2 times I was put on hold and after 10-15 minutes I was disconnected. I then filed a ticket and received an email that stated the same exact thing about PayPal and that it would be 3 more days before an account manager could contact me. This is ridiculous. I have a charge, no order and no one will call me to fix the problem.

How do you know?

I've used Pet Shed for years. I wasn't pleased when the shipping changed to China, but just order about a month ahead. The prices are reasonable and I've had no problem with the products. Here's an exerpt from US.Merial, the producers of Heartguard: Merial’s current manufacturing activities are concentrated in Europe and the Americas. European sites include four in France (three in and around Lyon and one in Toulouse), two in Italy (Noventa and Chignolo-Po for avian vaccines), and one in the United Kingdom (Pirbright for foot-and-mouth disease vaccines). In North America, we operate five sites (including vaccine production in Athens and Gainesville, GA), while we conduct additional vaccine manufacturing at two sites in South America (Paulinia, Brazil and Montevideo, Uruguay). In Paulina, Brazil, a new facility for the production of invermectin formulations was inaugurated in 2004. In China, we have one site (Nanchang); we take also part in a joint venture (Nanjing). So, my conclusion? You really don't know where your pet meds are manufactured. With 4 dogs on flea preventative and heart worm preventative, Pet Shed is about all I can afford. I'll continue to use them. I don't have a credit card problem because I always pay through Paypal.

I have ordered Bravecto once a year for the past 4 years from Pet shed. Yes, it takes about 3 weeks maybe more because it comes directly from overseas.

I have used a credit card with no problems so far.

You do need to plan ahead for the long shipping time. i do not think the site is "fishy" just maybe less convenient but balanced out by less expensive.

I have given to my canine a dose of preventer every month for one year. The dog tested positive for heartworm. Oh my oh my. I sent an email to the company with no response. I would suggest staying away from this company's products, they do not work and who knows what other damage it may have caused. I am now facing vet bills over $1000. What can I do? The company is located in India. Yes, I can file a lawsuit myself but being in the international court, I don't feel it is feasible. This is the problem with these overseas companies, where they use websites and don't indicate where there from. It took me a number of hours to find this company and their location. Surprise surprise. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.

Were is my order

Have had this on order & payment was made on August 19th. Called them August 39th & they cancelled my order. Re- ordered on the 14th of september & was told it would take 4 to 10 days. Still do not have it & called again & was told 4 to 6 weeks. NOT HAPPY.

Credit Card was Compromised

I placed an order from PetShed online Jan 31, 2018. Feb 21, I still hadn't received my order. I called customer service and spoke with a young man with an Australian accent. He agreed I should've received my order and said he would credit my Visa card for the $41.90. I told him I still needed the product but decided on a different brand so I placed another order with him this time $124.00. That evening I got a text alert as well as an e-mail from Visa saying someone tried to use my credit card at Vivo Bar & Grill located in Australia--I live in Florida! I called Visa and they said after my purchase at PetShed, someone tried using my card in Australia and that I needed to cancel my card immediately to avoid any further compromises. I did so and then I called PetShed. The woman from customer service who identified as the "person in charge" told me their customer service is located in the Philippines and that only the brick and mortar PetShed store was located in Australia--also that they ship products out of Hong Kong!! She denied anyone could've used my credit card fraudulently. She said she could only relay this info to upper management. Really? So I put in a complaint "ticket" on their website and was immediately dismissed by a customer service representative saying they have NEVER had a credit card compromised since day one of their business and it was impossible. They closed my complaint and when I tried to give them a poor rating on their website, it said it would have to "approved" in order to show up on their site. No doubt they will not show poor ratings since all that I saw were 5 stars. PLEASE be careful ordering from this company because when you order something, your information is going to at least 3 different countries: Australia, Philippines and China. I learned the hard way and now have to go through the hassle of getting a new credit card issued. Very Poor Customer Service!!

I went to order NuHeart for my 17 year old puppy . I have been using Petshed for about 14 years and in December of 2017 I didnt get my order and they sent out another one. Well both orders came at the same time so I sent back the 2nd order. I went to reorder and it said my address was wrong. I rechecked everything nothing was wrong I put in another order again failure. I thought the *** with this. I found another company Ok it was $3.00 more but It took my paypal. Also there is no phone number to call to find out why this is happening. If they want customers they should treat them better. I can not understand why I am locked out of my account or even given an explanation why my account if it was canceled
