Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They called twice offering to take my order via phone. I said thx n did not order.

Pet Shed - Wrong product sent
On May 28, 2023, I ordered Revolution flea treatment for cats. When my order arrived from Singapore, it was not Revolution (as I have gotten from PetShed many times in the past), but something called Radicate. I called my vet and he suggested I not use it. I emailed PetShed and they created a "ticket" on June 6, 2023. I want to return the product and get a refund, but no word since then.

I ordered Revolution for cats as I have done for years. However, something called Radicate arrived...which is not what I ordered. I sent an email. Not sure if they will issue a refund.

My pets needed flea and tick protection. My friend never had a problem with Petshed and suggested it to me. The Revolution I ordered took FOUR MONTHS. AND it didn't work!

I have no complaint you guys are great and do a wonderful job.ordered my product in May and have not received it. It was for ticks and fleas for 146 lb Great Dane . Just send me 1box of anything that does the job . Cant remember what I ordered. You have it in front of you the paperwork $ 69.00 and change . Thank You Happy

My order has been lost in tracking somewhere in China for over 90 days and Pet Shed refuses to reship or do a refund on it. Should have known anything coming from China is BS.

Charged for products/shipping but never received.

I ordered medications on 3/22. I was only offered one shipping option of $6.95 that was supposed to have the products to me within 7-10 business days.

Today is the 11th day, and I emailed their customer service, including the order number. Within minutes, I received one email which said a trouble ticket had been opened. Immediately thereafter, I received a second email which said they needed my shipping address (they could have easily have looked this up). Before I could answer that I got a third email stating the ticket was closed.

They also sent another email stating that an account had been opened (????) and that I had to set up a password on that account. I did and got a general FAQ page.

There was a button at the bottom of that page which opened up a chat session. The chat operator, a "Marilyn Salvador" had a poor command of English and that USPS had put a deadline of April 13th to ship that product (?????). Since when did USPS institute deadlines for their own deliveries?

I asked for a phone number of someone who spoke English.

They provided that. I called. No answer. Shortly thereafter I got a call back from someone named "Carmen" who also did not speak English very well.

Like the chat operator, she wanted to argue that I had shipping options which would have given me a tracking number, but I tried to explain that I was offered one option when I made the transaction. She also tried the" USPS is going to cancel this shipment on the 13th" route, and I told USPS didn't operate that way. Finally, I said I would not argue anymore.

She said she would refund the cost of shipping ($6.95), but would do nothing about my $100+ purchase until April 13. She stated she would call me back to insure that I received the product.

I don't believe it one bit.

I went back to the chat operator, so that it would be in text, and told them that if I didn't have it by the close of business on April 8th, I would file charges with US authorities.

Just checked the credit card -- no refund of shipping has been given.

Overdue delivery of merchandise

I ordered pet meds March 24--It is now May 1 and no meds even though my credit card has been charged. I was given the excuse that the postal service delayed delivery and it was out of their control. Well, it has been adequate time for getting it straightened out or by sending substitute merchandise. Thus,. I cannot recommend this company after this problem.
